Abstract
Poštanski sektor na nekome području ima vodeći ekonomski i društveni značaj. On podržava odvijanje temeljnih i brojnih ekonomskih i društvenih procesa, te zadovoljava diferencirane i osnovne životno-poslovne potrebe svih dionika. Sukladno tome, ponuda poštanskog sektora ističe se heterogenošću i diverzifikacijom. Poštanski sektor Hrvatske pravno i zakonodavno je usklađen s onim na razini Europske unije. On je liberaliziran i to je temeljno obilježje njegove kvalitete, a utječe i na zadovoljstvo... More korisnika. Vodeći dionik na ovome tržištu je Hrvatska pošta d.d., koja već duži niz godina ima konkurentsku prednost u svim segmentima, a time i ukupno ostvarenom prometu. Zadovoljstvo korisnika njezinim uslugama vjerodostojni je pokazatelj ukupnog zadovoljstva korisnika poštanskih usluga u Hrvatskoj. Protekla istraživanja i poduzeto istraživanje u ovome radu pokazuju da na zadovoljstvo korisnika poštanskih usluga primarno utječu brzina isporuke, sigurnost pošiljke, a naposljetku i ponuda te cijena usluga. Ovaj trend dominira već duže vrijeme, pa se u svrhu unapređenja ukupnog zadovoljstva predlaže ulaganje u ove segmente poslovanja. Less
Abstract (english)
The postal sector has a leading economic and social significiance in some area. It supports a development of numerous economic and social processes, but also meets a differentiated and basic life and business needs of all stakeholders. Due that, a supply of the postal sector stands out with heterogeneity and diversification. The Croatian postal sector is legally and legislatively harmonized with the one of the European Union. It is liberalized and this is a fundamental feature of its quality.... More The mentioned also affects on customer satisfaction. The leading stakeholder on this market is Hrvatska pošta d.d., which has had a competitive advantage in all segments for many years as well as today. Customer satisfaction with its services is a credible indicator of the overall satisfaction of postal service users in Croatia. Past researches and the undertaken research in this paper shoe that the satisfaction of postal service users is primarily affected by the speed of delivery, security of the shipment and price of services. Those trands have been dominating for a long time. In order to improve customer's satisfaction it is proposedto invest in those business segments. Less
