Abstract | U ovom će se završnom radu razmatrati teorijski i praktični pogled na organizacijsku klimu u poduzeću Infobip d.o.o.. Nakon definiranja organizacijske klime, te eksplikacije njene uloge, uzroka nastajanja i njenih posljedica, analizirati će se organizacijska klima u samoj organizaciji. Na način da se ispitanici anketiraju pomoću prilagođenog SiOK upitnika, koji prikazuje trenutno stanje organizacijske klime i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika. Upitnik se sastoji od 47 tvrdnji, podijeljenih na osam dimenzija organizacijske klime (poznavanje misije, vizije i ciljeva poduzeća; vođenje; unutarnje informiranje i komunikacija; unutarnji odnosi; nagrađivanje; razvoj karijere i obrazovanje; inovativnost i inicijativnost; informiranje) i zadovoljstvom poslom.
Na temelju dobivenih rezultata ustanovljeno je da se na organizacijskoj klimi u Infobipu treba poraditi. Nezadovoljstvo plaćom, nemotiviranje i nepovjerenje u vodstvo glavni su krivci za lošiju organizacijsku klimu. Nadoknađuje se inicijativnošću i inovativnošću; uvjetima rada; timski radom, odnosono međusobnom pomaganju i podupiranju među suradnicima. |
Abstract (english) | The thesis dealt with organizational climate, both theoretically and practically. In the teoretical part we have determinated definition and main role of organizational climate, its causes and consequences, elements and dimensions. Practical part considers analyzing oragnizational climate in the company Infobip Ltd. In data collection and measurement of air conditioning we used a questionnaire to determine SiOK organizational climate that we have assembled for this purpose and to adjust our goals a little research. The questionnaire was compiled from various arguments that are derived from the dimensions of organizational climate in which employees are using the attached ladder gave their agreement or disagreement with each statement. Dimensions, within which employees give their evaluation of individual claims are: organization, membership organization, knowledge of the mission, vision and goals, leadership, relationship quality, internal relations, internal communications and information, job satisfaction, professional competence and learning innovation, initiative, career development, motivation and commitment and reward.
After carrying out statistical processing of data, there is a there is plenty of room for improvement of the organizational climate in order to better business. Among the allegations are less for those relating to wages, which means that employees are dissatisfied with their salaries. Also lower level of motivation and distrust in management are triggers of this kind of organizational climate. It is compensating with the invation and initiative, working conditions, team work, respectively from mutual assistance and support among co-workers. |
