Emergency conditions are all states that endanger the lives of children and adults and as such can be life-threatening. Throughout life, all people, including educators, react instinctively, which in most cases does not necessarily mean properly. Objective: To examine the level of educators' knowledge of the procedures for urgent conditions in childhood and improve their existing knowledge. Methods and Materials: The research was conducted in cooperation with a kindergarten whose educators participated in the research. The research was conducted in such a way that educators first fulfilled an initial questionnaire, followed by education (a lecture on urgent conditions in childhood conducted by K. Huber Dobranović in cooperation with her mentor Mladen Jašić) after which the educators once again fulfilled the questionnaire. The results before and after the education were tested by statistical methods. Thirty-eight educators participated in the questionnaire, and participation was voluntary and anonymous. The research method was to fill out the survey questionnaire twice, that is before and after the lecture, to compare the answers and thus confirm or deny the hypothesis. Blinding (dazzling) procedures were not used. The Data is displayed by graphs and tabular. Results: The results in this research have shown that educators have been well educated, but according to the statistical representation, it is apparent that education has had a positive impact on the knowledge of the educator
