Abstract U osobne vještine se ubrajaju opće vještine, upravljanje vremenom i umjeće delegiranja. Opće vještine poseban naglasak stavljaju na vještine ophođenja s ljudima, konceptualna i tehnička znanja i vještine. Posjedovanje tih znanja i vještina potrebne su za uspješno poslovanje menadžera. Upravljanje vremenom jedan je od bitnijih faktora u poslovnom, ali i privatnom okruženju. Vrijeme kao takvo je iscrpivi resurs, resurs koji se ne ponavlja. Stoga je bitno kvalitetno upravljati vremenom, postaviti si prioritete, planirati i organizirati. Delegiranje predstavlja raspodjelu zadataka na suradnike, niže funkcije. Kako bi menadžer uspješno delegirao, potrebno je imati kolektiv od povjerenja. Putem edukacija, seminara i tečajeva menadžeri unaprijeđuju svoja znanja i vještine te rastu i razvijaju se. Provedenim upitnikom usporedile su se vještine i znanja na menadžerskim i nemenadžerskim razinama što je dovelo do zaključka da su odstupanja minimalna. Bez obzira koju funkciju zaposleni obnaša, važno je poznavanje i posjedovanje dobro razvijenih vještina i upravljanja vremenom te isto tako unapređivat ih.
Abstract (english) Personal skills include general skills, time management and delegation. General skills put special emphasis on dealing with people, conceptual and tehnical knowledge and skils. Possession of these knowledges and skills is necessary for the successful managing. Time management is one of the most important factors in the business and private environment. Time as such is consumable resource, a resource that does not replicate. Therefore, it is important to manage time well, set priorities, plan and organize. Delegation represents the distribution of tasks to associates on lower functions. In order for the manager to delegate successfully, it is necessary to have a team of trust. Throught education, seminars and courses, managers improve their knowledge and skills, they grow and develop. The questionnaire compares skills and knowledges at the management ant nonmanagement levels, which led to the conclusion that deviations are minimal. No matter what function the employee has, it is important to have knowledge and well developed skills, and how to manage time and develop all the time.
