Abstract
Interpersonalne vještine su osobine i ponašanja koje osoba koristi za pravilnu interakciju s drugima. One pokrivaju sve mikro-vještine koje se koriste za uspješan rad s drugima. Danas su stručnjaci za internu komunikaciju jedan od najvažnijih strateških poslovnih partnera, a njihova uloga u održavanju radnih mjesta angažiranim, sigurnim, informiranim i produktivnim raste tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina. U svrhu provedbe istraživanja za potrebe ovog završnog rada definiran je temeljni problem – implementacija interpersonalnih vještina u poduzeću Alarm centar. Menadžeri Alarm centra su zainteresirani za dobrobit svojih zaposlenika te ih često potiču na iznošenje vlastitih ideja i mišljenja čime se znatno može unaprijediti poslovanje Alarm centra.
Abstract (english)
Interpersonal skills are traits and behaviors that a person uses to properly interact with others. They cover all the micro-skills used to work successfully with others. Today, internal communication professionals are one of the most important strategic business partners, and their role in keeping jobs engaged, secure, informed, and productive has grown over the past few years. For the purpose of conducting research for the purposes of this final paper, a fundamental problem has been defined - the implementation of interpersonal skills in the company Alarm Center. Alarm Center managers are interested in the well-being of their employees and often encourage them to present their own ideas and opinions, which can significantly improve the business of the Alarm Center.
