Service quality is a description or measurement of the overall performance of a service, such as a city pool service or any other service offered to customers, whether in the public or private sector, with particular emphasis on the performance seen by users. Quantitative measurement of service quality often takes into account several related aspects of the service, such as obtaining timely information, service speed, staff accessibility, availability, and more. This paper represents a scientific contribution to the chosen topic because the implementation of empirical research has proven that the perception of service in a public institution is very high and is consistent with the investment. By testing the correlation of satisfaction with the quality of service and individual dimensions .according to the SERVQUAL model, the obtained results showed that there is a strong statistical relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.
