Abstract
Danas je zaposlenost bitna komponenta egzistencijalnog opstanka pojedinaca, obitelji i društva u cjelini. Zaposleni ljudi privređuju, zarađuju dohodak kojim podmiruju egzistencijalne potrebe i omogućuju si aktivan društveno život. S druge strane, nezaposlenost je fenomen koji ne pogađa samo nezaposlenog pojedinca. Ona pogađa i obitelj nezaposlenog, ali i širu društvenu zajednicu. Utjecaj zaposlenosti i zaposlenosti na društvo je neupitan i kompleksan. Zaposlenost ima pozitivne implikacije na društvo na mikro i makro razini u smislu da doprinosi stabilnom ekonomskom rastu, punoj zaposlenosti, iskorištenosti ljudskog kapitala i rastu ukupnog nacionalnog outputa te stvaranju blagostanja. Nezaposlenost ima negativne efekte na društvo i na pojedinca jer uzrokuje pad gospodarske aktivnosti u zemlji, povećanje broja nezaposlenih, neiskorištenost punog kapaciteta ljudskog kapitala.
Abstract (english)
Tuda, employment is an essential component of the existential survival of individuals, families and society as a whole. Employed people earn a living, earn income to meet their existential needs and enable themselves to live an active social life. On the other hand, unemployment is a phenomenon that does not only affect the unemployed individual. It also affects the family of the unemployed, but also the wider community. The impact of employment and employment on society is unquestionable and complex. Employment has positive implications for society at the micro and macro levels in terms of contributing to stable economic growth, full employment, human capital utilization and growth in overall national output, and the creation of prosperity. Unemployment has negative effects on society and on the individual because it causes a decline in economic activity in the country, an increase in the number of unemployed, the underutilization of the full capacity of human capital.
