Abstract
Tehnologija u današnje vrijeme predstavlja neizbježan faktor u svakoj turističkoj destinaciji. Prednosti tehnologije su, svakako, bolja promocija, veća zastupljenost na tržištu, izgradnja brenda te povećanje konkurentnosti. Dakle, cijeli koncept se temelji na tehnologiji, konkurentnosti i boljoj kvaliteti života. Iako postoje mnoge negativne strane tehnologije, danas se pokušava afirmirati tehnologije u pozitivne. Razvojem novih turističkih trendova na tržištu, i kontinuirani razvoj digitalnog... More svijeta doprinosi kreiranju suvremenog oblika „smart“ turističke destinacije. Kako bi destinacija postala pametna, prvo mora postati pametan grad što znači da mora biti održiv i pogodan za život. Nakon što postane pametna i održiva, mora svu svoju tehnologiju usmjeriti na doživljaje i iskustva turista te tako postati „smart“ destinacijom. Odredišta za pametni turizam su gradovi ili mjesta koja koriste raspoloživu tehnologiju alata, inovacija i tehnika koje turistima omogućuju zadovoljstvo, a iskustvo im donosi profit za organizacije i odredišta. Technology nowadays is an inevitable factor in every tourist destination. The advantages of technology are, certainly, better promotion, greater market representation, brand building and increased competitiveness. Thus, the whole concept is based on technology, competitiveness, and a better quality of life. Although there are many negative sides of technology, today one tries to affirm technologies into positive ones. With the development of new tourist trends in the market, the continuous... More development of the digital world contributes to the creation of a modern form of "smart" tourist destination. For the destination to become smart, it must first become a smart city, which means that it must be sustainable and suitable for life. Once it is smart and sustainable, it must focus all its technology on the experiences and experiences of tourists and thus become a "smart" destination. Smart tourism destinations are cities or places that use available technology of tools, innovations and techniques that give tourists pleasure, and experience brings them profits for organizations and destinations.
