Abstract
Digitalna transformacija je korištenje i implementacija različitih tehnologija kako bi se unaprijedili poslovni procesi i dobili poželjni poslovni rezultati poduzeća. Cilj je da se korištenjem različitih digitalnih tehnologija u današnjem poslovanju hoteli na neki način mogu optimizirati i na taj način poboljšati svoje poslovanje i konkurentnost na tržištu uz uvođenje inovacija i kreativnosti u samom procesu, uz zadovoljenje potreba kupca jer gost bi uvijek trebao biti na prvom mjestu. U ovom radu će biti detaljno objašnjeno što je digitalna transformacija, njene prednosti i nedostaci, koji su to procesi uvođenja, te kakav utjecaj ima uvođenje same digitalne transformacije u jedno hotelsko poduzeće. U radu će također biti riječ o inovacijama koje su danas prisutne u hotelijerstvu i o tehnološkim novitetima na primjeru hotelskog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Digital transformation is described as the use and implementation of different technologies so we can improve the business processes and get positive business results of a company. The main goal is to use various digital technologies in today's hotel business to somehow optimize and improve their business and competitiveness in the market by introducing innovation and creativity in the process, while meeting customer needs because the guest should always be in the first place. This paper will explain in detail what is digital transformation, its advantages and disadvantages, what are the processes of implementation, what is the impact of implementation of digital transformation in a hotel company. In this paper we will aslo mention innovations that are present today in hospitality and technological innovations on the example of a hotel company.
