Abstract Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati cjelokupni proces dizajniranja i izrade prototipa mobilne aplikacije koja bi služila za lakši pronalazak kontakt broja i recenzija svih liječnika opće medicine i stomatologije na užem i širem području grada Pule. Najprije su obrađene teme dizajn razmišljanja, dizajna korisničkog iskustva i dizajna korisničkog sučelja. Nakon toga prikazan je proces izrade prototipa niske vjernosti, u alatu Wireframe CC, kao i proces izrade prototipa visoke vjernosti u alatu Figma. Nadalje, cilj rada je također bio provesti testiranje kreiranog prototipa visoke vjernosti u svrhu vrednovanja korisničkog iskustva i upotrebljivosti prototipa na stvarnim korisnicima koristeći metodu testiranja upotrebljivosti na daljinu i metodu anketiranja. Vrednovanje upotrebljivosti prototipa mobilne aplikacije vršilo se putem platforme Maze, dok se vrednovanje korisničkog iskustva vršilo putem Google obrasca. Prije samog vrednovanja, cilj je bio definirati atribute odnosno konstrukte sa pripadajućim korelativnim česticama. U posljednjem poglavlju provedeno je testiranje međuodnosa između konstrukata kako bi se definirane istraživačke hipoteze pokušale prihvatiti ili odbaciti. Za testiranje međuodnosa između definiranih konstrukata primijenjena je neparametrijska metoda PLS-SEM, dok se kao programski alat koristio SmartPLS verzije 3.3.9.
Abstract (english) The aim of this thesis was to show the entire process of designing and creating a mobile application prototype that would be used for simpler finding the contact numbers and reviews of all doctors of medicine and stomatology in the narrower and wider area of the city of Pula. Firstly, the topics of design thinking, user experience design and user interface design were covered. After that, the low-fidelity prototyping process in the Wireframe CC tool, as well as the high-fidelity prototyping process in the Figma tool, were shown. Furthermore, the aim of this thesis was also testing the created high-fidelity prototype in order to evaluate the user experience and usability of the prototype on real users using the remote usability testing method and survey method. The evaluation of usability of the mobile application prototype was done through Maze platform, while the evaluation of user experience was done through Google form. Before the actual evaluation, the aim was to define the attributes/constructs with the corresponding items. In the last chapter, the testing of relationships between the constructs was carried out in order to try to accept or reject the defined research hypotheses. The non-parametric PLS-SEM method was used to test the relationships between the defined constructs, while SmartPLS version 3.3.9 was used as a programming tool.
