Abstract Prilikom implementacije nove strategije, organizacija se oslanja na zaposlenike po pitanju uspješne provedbe. Upravo time bavi se i ovaj rad, odnosno utjecajem zaposlenika na implementaciju strategije te kako organizacije mogu utjecati na zaposlenikova ponašanja. Rad se bavi zaposlenicima iz razloga što su upravo oni ti koji rade na ostvarivanju definiranih ciljeva, odnosno na provođenju planirane strategije. Ciljevi su dobro postavljeni ukoliko su specifični, mjerljivi, orijentirani ka djelovanju, realni i vremenski ograničeni. Rad se sastoji od uvoda, šest dijelova razrade i zaključka. Prvi dio koji čini razradu referira se na teorijski aspekt strategije i strateškog menadžmenta. Čitatelju se pokušavaju približiti pojmovi poput strategije, formuliranja strategije, njene implementacije, strateškog menadžmenta te još nekoliko povezanih pojmova. Drugi dio analizira organizacijske promjene te faktore koji ih uzrokuju. U tom dijelu objašnjena je i uloga organizacijske kulture u promjenama te sukobi i stres na radnom mjestu kao posljedica promjena. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima analizira važnost selekcije, obučavanja i procjenjivanja performanse u organizaciji. Pošto rad stavlja fokus na zaposlenike, velika je važnost razumijevanja upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Poglavlje vezano uz motivaciju objašnjava kakvu ulogu motivacija zaposlenika ima u organizaciji te se povlači paralela između radne učinkovitosti i motivacije. Također, objašnjavaju se moguće metode motiviranja zaposlenika od strane nadređenih.Sljedeći dio predstavlja primjer poduzeća koji se nalazi u implementacijskom procesu nove strategije, strategije diversifikacije. Primjer prikazuje kako izgleda cijeli proces, od pripreme do implementacije, ali s naglaskom da poduzeće nije implementiralo strategiju do kraja nego se još uvijek nalazi u procesu. Zadnji dio razrade analizira provedeno istraživanje na temu „Uloga emocija prilikom implementacijskog procesa strategije“. Prikazani su i analizirani podaci prikupljeni anketnim upitnikom kojeg je ispunilo 45 ispitanika. Odabrano je poduzeće koje se nalazi u fazi implementacije nove strategije i poduzeće koje za cilj ima stvoriti najbolji softver za regrutaciju na svijetu do 2025. godine.
Abstract (english) During the implementation process of a new strategy, an organization depends on its employees for success. This paper covers exactly that, or rather the employees’ impact on the implementation process and how an organization can impact their behaviour. This paper’s main focus are employees due to the fact that they are the ones who work on reaching defined goals that is carrying out the planned strategy. Objectives are correctly set if and when they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. This paper consists of an introduction, an elaboration consisting of six parts, and a conclusion. The first part of the elaboration refers to the theoretical aspect of strategies and strategic management. The second part analyzes organizational change and the factors that cause them. This part of the paper explains the role organizational culture plays in organizational changes as well as conflicts and stress in the workplace as a result of change. Human resource management is covered in the third part of the elaboration in which the author analyzes the importance of employee selection, training and performance evaluation. Due to the fact that this paper focuses mainly on the role of the employee in an organization, understanding human resource management is of big importance. The section about motivation explains the impact motivation of employees has in an organization as well as the correlation between employee motivation and work efficiency. Also, methods of motivation by management level employees are described. The penultimate portion of the elaboration presents the reader with a case study of a company currently in the process of implementing a new, diversification strategy. This example displays the entire process, starting from the planning stage and the implementation stage with an emphasis on the fact that it is ongoing. The last part of the elaboration analyzes a study about the role emotions play in the implementation process of a new company strategy. Data from a sample of 45 employees collected by survey is presented and analyzed. The first chosen firm is in the process of implementing a new company strategy whilst the second firm is working towards to fullfilling their strategy of creating the worlds greatest recruitment software by 2025.
