Abstract
Svrha rada je prikazati utjecaj pušenja na kardiovaskularni sustav, posebno utjecaj pušenja kod bolesnika koju boluju od srčanih bolesti. Time se želi potaknuti pušače da ponovno razmisle o svojoj lošoj životnoj navici, da preispitaju svaki trenutak kada posegnu za cigaretom. Na početku su prikazane osnove kardivaskularnog sustava, kliničke manifestacije kardiovaskularnih bolesti te rizični čimbenici za nastanak bolesti među koje spada i pušenje kao vrlo štetna životna navika. Prikazuje se... More pušenje kao ovisnost, kako samo pušenje utječe na kardiovaskularni sustav kao i metode odvikavanja pušenja. Na kraju naglasak je stavljen na prevenciju pušenja te važnost zdravstvenog odgoja u prevenciji. Istaknuta je i uloga medicinske sestre/ tehničara koji bi trebali biti uključeni u sve aktivnosti sprječavanja pušenja kod mladih, ali i odraslih osoba. Less
Abstract (english)
The purpose of the paper is to show the impact of smoking on the cardiovascular system, especially the impact of smoking on patients suffering from heart disease. This is intended to encourage smokers to reconsider their bad lifestyle habits, to reconsider every moment when they reach for a cigarette. At the beginning, the basics of the cardiovascular system, clinical manifestations of cardiovascular diseases and risk factors for the onset of the disease are presented, including smoking... More as a very harmful lifestyle habit. It shows smoking as an addiction, how smoking itself affects the cardiovascular system, as well as smoking cessation methods. At the end, emphasis was placed on smoking prevention and the importance of health education in prevention. The role of nurses/technicians, who should be involved in all smoking prevention activities for young people as well as adults, was highlighted. Less
