Abstract
Prilikom obavljanja poslovnih aktivnosti od zaposlenika se očekuje da posjeduje temeljne poslovne vještine koje će moći primijeniti u poslovnoj organizaciji, a koje će mu omogućiti očekivanu radnu produktivnost i pozitivan radni učinak na poduzeće. Takve vještine uključuju verbalnu komunikaciju, profesionalno ponašanje i suradnju, sklonost timskom radu, analitika u rješavanju problema i sposobnost prilagodbe novonastalim situacijama. Pored temeljnih poslovnih vještina, svaki zaposlenik mora posjedovati specifične tehničke vještine koje zahtijeva određeno radno mjesto. Implementacija navedenih vještina u optimalnoj snazi može dovesti do visoke radne produktivnosti. Napredak poslovanja i usmjerenje na digitalizaciju sve više iziskuje potrebu za implementacijom novih radnih vještina. Tako se od zaposlenika očekuje da svije vještine sve više stječu u domeni IT tehnologija jer je danas bez njih poslovanje postalo nezamislivo. Stoga se od njih sve više sada, a i u budućnosti očekuje posjedovanje specifičnih radnih vještina, koje pored postojećih trebaju učinkovito implementirati u svome radu da bi doprinijeli unapređenju poslovanja poduzeća u kojemu rade.
Abstract (english)
When performing business activities, employees are expected to possess basic business skills that can be implemented in a business organization, which will enable the expected work productivity and positive work performance on the company. Such skills include verbal communication, professional behavior and cooperation, a penchant for teamwork, problem-solving analytics, and the ability to adapt to new situations. In addition to basic business skills, each employee must possess specific technical skills that require a specific job. Implementing these skills at optimum strength can lead to high work productivity. The progress of the business and the focus on digitalization increasingly necessitate the implementation of new work skills. Thus, employees are expected to acquire more and more skills in the field of IT technology, because today without them, business has become unthinkable. Therefore, more and more of them are expected now, and in the future, to have specific work skills, which in addition to the existing ones should be effectively implemented in their work in order to contribute to the improvement of the business in which they work.
