Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je prikazati teorijske odrednice i karakteristike koncepta korporativnog građanstva uz razlikovanje istog od društveno odgovornog poslovanja, kao i demantirati isto u kontekstu praktičnih poslovnih uspjeha na primjeru tvrtke Deloitte i INA d.d. Svrha rada je ukazati na potrebu implementacije koncepta odgovornog građanstva u svim poduzećima s ciljem postizanja ne samo financijskog, već i društvenog uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the final paper is to show the theoretical determinants and characteristics of the concept of corporate citizenship, distinguishing it from socially responsible business, as well as denying the same in the context of practical business successes, using the example of the companies Deloitte and INA d.d. The purpose of the paper is to point out the need to implement the concept of responsible citizenship in all companies with the aim of achieving not only financial, but also social success.
