mora fokus dati elementima i čimbenicima upravljanja lancem dobave.
dobave i njegova funkcioniranja.
proces.
Abstract (english) Historically, it is known that the movement of products from production to consumption
has always taken place. It is clear that supply chains were formed in ancient times, when
people started trading with each other. Globalization and the changes brought the
change in the environment of supply chains.
The demands of the stakeholders had an influence on the attitudes of the supply chain
subjects. Every company must focus on the elements and factors of supply chain
management. The greater the focus, the easier it is to achieve quality performance and
its functioning. Using certain strategies in the supply chain is key to conducting
successful and efficient operations. Depending on the company, on its production line,
the way of determination for the market, customer segmentation and other, different
supply chain models are used, which are adjusted in order to achieve the best business
results.
Supply chain management implies integrated supply management, where the focus is
not only on the supply itself, but also on its flow as well as its control. The goods that
move from the supplier to the user are carefully planned, the finished product is
obtained from the raw material in order to ensure the delivery of the goods to the end
user. With the aim of creating supply chains that are successful and efficient, it is
important to plan them and each of their processes. Optimization and planning ensure
competitiveness, and attention is paid to strategic, tactical, operational and contingency
planning.
