Abstract
Baviti se sportom znači živjeti zdravo i punim plućima stoga je sport jedna od najzdravijih aktivnosti u životu čovjeka. Sport jača imunološki sustav čovjeka i pozitivno utječe na zdravlje i misli. Sport ne znači samo „vježbati“, u prijevodu te riječi sport označava igru i zabavu. Kroz sport razvijamo i socijalne vještine poput komunikacije i upoznavanje drugih osoba. Uz sport širimo našu mrežu prijateljstva te osim zdravlja on nam donosi i novu mrežu prijatelja koji dijele slične ili iste interese.
Abstract (english)
Playing sports means living healthy and to the fullest, therefore sports are one of the healthiest activities in a person's life. Sport strengthens a person's immune system and has a positive effect on health and thoughts. Sport doesn't just mean "exercise", in the translation of that word, sport means play and fun. Through sports, we also develop social skills such as communication and getting to know other people. With sport, we expand our friendship network, and in addition to health, it also brings us a new network of friends who share similar or the same interests.
