... More profitabilnost i očuvanje okoliša. U središtu ove transformacije nalazi se lokalna zajednica, koja igra presudnu ulogu u stvaranju održivih turističkih modela. Njihova uključenost u proces planiranja i implementacije je vrlo važna jer se zajedničkim naporima svih dionika može postići sklad između turističkog razvoja i očuvanja resursa. Trenutni globalni trendovi u turizmu, poput rastuće potražnje za autentičnim iskustvima, ekoturizmom i odgovornim putovanjima, pružaju Hrvatskoj priliku da diversificira svoju turističku ponudu. Diversifikacija uključuje razvoj novih, manje razvijenih regija i unapređenje infrastrukture koja će omogućiti održivo upravljanje sve većim brojem posjetitelja. Provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku od 22 kompanije u Hrvatskoj (hotelijeri i turoperatori), s ciljem analiziranja njihove suradnje s lokalnom zajednicom, ekonomskih i socijalnih utjecaja te održivih transformacija u turizmu. Upitnik je sadržavao 17 pitanja, a rezultati su temeljeni na odgovorima ispitanika. Rezultati pokazuju da većina ispitanika ocjenjuje svoju suradnju s lokalnom zajednicom visokom, iako postoji neslaganje između onoga što turističke organizacije smatraju dostatnom suradnjom i stvarnih očekivanja zajednice. Najčešći oblici suradnje uključuju promociju lokalne baštine (31,8%). Nedostatak ulaganja u lokalnu infrastrukturu i izazovi poput drugačijih prioriteta predstavljaju prepreke za uspješnu suradnju. Zaključeno je da postoji svijest o važnosti održivih transformacija, ali su potrebne dodatne mjere, edukacija i bolja suradnja kako bi se unaprijedio održivi razvoj turizma u Hrvatskoj. ... More ensure long-term profitability and environmental protection. At the center of this transformation is the local community, which plays a crucial role in creating sustainable tourism models. Their involvement in the process of planning and implementation is very important because the joint efforts of all stakeholders can achieve harmony between tourism development and resource conservation. Current global trends in tourism, such as the growing demand for authentic experiences, ecotourism and responsible travel, provide Croatia with an opportunity to diversify its tourism offer. Diversification includes the development of new, less developed regions and the improvement of infrastructure that will enable the sustainable management of an increasing number of visitors. Research was conducted on a sample of 22 companies in Croatia (hoteliers and tour operators), with the aim of analyzing their cooperation with the local community, economic and social impacts, and sustainable transformations in tourism. The questionnaire contained 17 questions, and the results were based on the respondents' answers. The results show that the majority of respondents rate their cooperation with the local community as high, although there is a discrepancy between what tourist organizations consider sufficient cooperation and the actual expectations of the community. The most common forms of cooperation include the promotion of local heritage (31.8%). Lack of investment in local infrastructure and challenges such as different priorities are obstacles to successful cooperation.
