Abstract SAŽETAK
Informacijsko komunikacijski sustavi (IKS) u zdravstvu doprinose kvalitetnijoj sestrinskoj skrbi te posljedično boljim zdravstvenim ishodima pacijenata, njihovom boljem zdravlju i kvaliteti života.
CILJ ISTRAŽIVANJA: Ispitati stavove operacijskih sestara o uporabi sestrinskog zapisa u elektronskom obliku.
METODE I
... More ISPITANICI: U ovom presječnom istraživanju, u ispitivanu skupinu uključeno je 30 operacijskih sestara zaposlenih u Centralnom operacijskom bloku OB Pula.
Less

In the assessment of respondents' attitudes, the average number of points was 3,47. The respondents expressed good to very good attitudes about the use of the nursing record in electronic form, that is, about the information and communication systems . The largest number of respondents had a neutral attitude (53,3 %), followed by positive (43,3 %), while the fewest were those with a negative attitude (3,3 %). A negative attitude towards the use of information and communication systems at the workplace was statistically significantly more often expressed by respondents who do not use information and communication systems at their workplace (100 %).
CONCLUSION: Although the operating room nurses of the Central Operating Block of the Pula General Hospital have good to very good attitudes about the use of nursing records in electronic form, it is necessary to further improve their knowledge of information and communication systems in order for these attitudes to become excellent.
