The primary objective of this thesis is to determine the importance of adequately managing the process of implementing change in an organization. Changes are a constant occurrence and need to be anticipated, identified and implemented. Changes in an organization may be conditioned by changes in its environment or may be changes that have been triggered by the organizations themselves because they have realized the need for them. The organization and its employees need to be guided through such a process, which is a task for the manager. The change manager must have various skills, but due to the fact that changes will not be successfully implemented unless they are accepted by employees, the most important skills are working with people. It is these skills that will be crucial in overcoming resistance and reducing the stress that change causes in employees. This thesis contains research through interview that was conducted to see how change is managed in a real company.
