The concept of socially responsible business is becoming increasingly popular in companies in the world and in Europe precisely because it's application leads to better business results and competitive advantage in the market. By applying CSR, companies respond to various social and economic pressures, as well as those related to environmental protection. What is meant by corporate social responsibility should be something very normal like responsibility, sustainability, care and generally all the good we do. This thesis consists of dealing with the topic of corporate social responsibility and its implementation in the company Arena Hospitality Group. The thesis begins with the research of the concept of CSR and the development of the concept of CSR. Through the dimensions of CSR, we look at the internal and external dimension and list the key actors, benefits and shortcomings, and the CSR index. We are also based on CSR in tourism through the processing of the characteristics and areas of activity of CSR in tourism, and we list the standards and eco-labels of CSR in tourism. At the end of the thesis, we research CSR specifically only in the company Arena Hospitality Group through getting to know the company and through the analysis of employees' perceptions of the implementation of CSR in AHG.
