The primary objective of this thesis is to determine company’s business across the borders as well as international management environment, changes and all major elements which organization needs to accept and respect so they could successfully reach their business goals. Changes in the international market are constant and they need to be recognized in business. Also, different factors affect international business, and if companies want successful results they need to be ready to manage all variety of factors. Knowing different cultures and ethical principles international manager leads his employees in the right direcion, so they can reach their maximum potencial. His leadership is reflected in leading successful organization and in great interpersonal relationships. In this thesis interntional managment is elaborated based on a business example global IT and telecommunication company Infobip, to identify how an international company manages their business, and what is the puropose of that kind of business.
