The topic of the final paper is Heuristics and Behavioral Economic. The paper explains behavioral economics, the economic man model, market efficiency theory, heuristics, mental accounting, neuroeconomics and employee motivation in the company. Existing economic models function under the assumption that people make decisions rationally and predictably, however decision-making is often influenced by a number of factors that characterize irrationality. Classical economic theory and laws in a broader sense work well, but at the individual level there are a large number of deviations that still cannot be fully clarified. Classical economic theories assume that people are always perfectly informed, but in the real world this is not always the case. In the absence of time, information and opportunities people make decisions looking for the best possible outcome according to the factors that exist at that moment. Behavioral economics tries to explain the ways in which people make decisions, taking into account existing models, but also other factors (psychological, social) that influence human behavior.
