The way of business ethics is shown on the example of AMC Ltd. which deals with the superb dishes that allows a healthier way of cooking. The ethic is important in every job, ethical behavior towards customers, vendors and all participants in the sale and purchase. Attention must be refer to all possible problems that can be encountered in personal selling, therefore ethical business must be present. In personal selling the essential factors are ethics and marketing to make the sales in the best way. Today, the personal selling is a very common and known to all ways of sale. In this case we have to deal with many problems and unethical behavior, so businesses should use ethical code of conduct because with the lack of ethical behavior in business there is a negative and bad experiences with consumers who are dissatisfied with the service they received leaving a bad opinion that distorts the image of the company.
