Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu pojašnjavaju se pojmovi kulturnog turizma, kulturnih manifestacija, gastronomije odnosno gastronomskih manifestacija na području Istre, te se isti prikazuju kroz praktični primjer odabrane gastronomske manifestacije Pazi što jedeš . Gastronomske manifestacije su od velikog značaja za Istru, održavaju se cijele godine, obogaćuju njenu turističku ponudu, privlače turiste tokom sezone, ali i van sezone. Također, štite i promiču kulturne vrijednosti, prenosi se tradicija kuhanja na sljedeće generacije i na turiste koji posjećuju županiju što se može vidjeti na odabranom primjeru.

Parallel abstract (English)
This thesis explains the concepts of cultural tourism, cultural events, gastronomy and gastronomic events in Istria, and it is displayed through the practical example of selected gastronomic event Pazi što jedeš. Gastronomic events are held throughout the year and they are of great importance for Istria, they enrich its tourism offer, attracting tourists during the peak season and also off-season. In a selected example we can see that gastronomic events protect and promote cultural values and also help in passing cooking traditions to the next generations and the tourist who visit the county.
