Kickboxing is a modern western martial arts sport. It contains 9 disciplines that are divided into soft and hard disciplines. Regardless of physical preparation, every one can deal with this type of sport on a professional or amateur level. Protective equipment is used for training and competition and the likelihood of injury is minimal. The most commonly occurring injuries are fracture of ribs, arcades, nose or hematomas, which are in most cases harmless. If an individual wants to prosper it can be done by placing the student belts, ie vocals, up to the master who is later divided into several degrees. Master's vocabulary encompasses the psychic and physical education that is needed to achieve this goal. The age limit for dealing with this type of sport does not exist.
