Abstract
U ovom radu definirani su poslovni procesi te je opisana hijerarhijska struktura poslovnih procesa. Ukratko su opisane znanosti o podacima i procesima te što ih povezuje. Prije same definicije procesnog rudarenja, opisan je BPM životni ciklus i BPMN dijagram. Definiran je pojam zapisnika događaja i opisano je čemu služi. Nadalje, opisani su softverski alati za procesno rudarenje, a posebna se pažnja posvetila softverskom alatu za procesno rudarenje – ProM. U zadnjem dijelu rada, prikazano je procesno rudarenje na primjeru poslovnog procesa „popravak uređaja“ prilikom kojeg su korišteni razni algoritmi te dobiveni različiti grafovi.
Abstract (english)
This paper defines business processes and describes its hierarchical structure. Data and process sciences and what connects them are briefly described. The BPM life cycle and BPMN diagram are presented followed by a chapter explaining and defining process mining. The term event log is specified and defined for what purpose. Furthermore, software tools for process mining are interpreted, and particular attention is paid to the software tool for process mining - ProM. In the last part of the paper, process mining is presented on the example of a business process "repair of a device", where different algorithms were used and different graphs were obtained.
