Abstract U ovome radu, analizirane su žene u pojedinim romanima hrvatske suvremene spisateljice Slavenke Drakulić. Rad je koncipiran od kratkog prikaza povijesti feminizma u svjetskoj i hrvatskoj književnosti, a ukratko su predstavljene i neke od najpoznatijih i najznačajnijih europskih, svjetskih i hrvatskih feministica. Također, jedno je poglavlje posvećeno i feminističkoj kritici, te su podrobno opisane i značajke pripovjednog teksta pomoću kojih su romani i analizirani. Najviše pažnje posvetilo se upravo feminizmu i njegovim tendencijama iz perspektive različitih ženskih, ali i muških autora. Rad također sadrži afirmativne i negacijske teze ovog političkog pokreta s čestim retoričkim pitanjem je li feminizam na strani žena ili protiv njih. Kroz analizirane romane, prate se odnosi između majki koje se nalaze u tradicionalnim okvirima i kćeri koje žele biti oslobođene društveno nametnuh normi. Ipak ono čime se Slavenka Drakulić bavi jest nasilje koje se nad tijelom vrši različitim sredstvima; verbalnim zlostavljanjem u svim romanima, batinama u njezinom romanu Optužena, raspadanjem uslijed bolesti u njezinom romanu Frida ili o boli i silovanjem u romanima Kao da me nema i Mramorna koža, koji osim na silovanje naglasak stavlja i na hladan odnos između majke i kćeri, među kojima je najveća prepreka upravo muškarac. Također, prikazani su i odnosi muškaraca prema ženama, ali i odnosi žene prema samoj sebi. Na koncu, svi analizirani romani kao da imaju podjednaku poruku – oni prikazuju neustrašive, hrabre žene koje se bore do kraja i koje sve uzimaju u svoje ruke. Upravo zbog svoje hrabrosti na kraju pobjeđuju zlo te dokazuju svoju veličinu.
Abstract (english) In this paper presents women in individual novels of the Croatian contemporary writer Slavenka Drakulić. The work is conceptualized from a brief account of the history of feminism in world and Croatian literature, and briefly presents some of the most famous and significant European, world and Croatian feminists. Also, one chapter deals with feminist critique, and details the features of the narrative text through which novels were analyzed. Most attention was given to feminism and its tendencies from the perspective of different female and male authors. The paper also contains the affirmative and negative theses of this political movement with the frequent rhetorical questions whether feminism is pro or against women. Through the novels analyze relationships between mothers in traditional settings and daughters seeking to be free from socially imposed norms are monitored. However, what Slavenka Drakulic deals with is violence that is perpetrated by various means on the body; verbal abuse in all novels, beatings in her novel Optužena, falling apart due to illness in her novel Frida ili o boli, and rape in the novels Kao da me nema and also Mramorna koža, where in addition to rape, emphasizes the cold relationship between mother and daughter. among which the biggest obstacle is the man. Also, men's attitudes toward women and women's attitudes towards themselves are presented. In the end, all the novels analyzed seem to have the same message - they portray fearless, courageous, struggling women who take it all in their own hands. It is because of their courage that they ultimately defeat evil and prove their greatness.
