Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje danas predstavlja sve više temeljne strategije poslovanja brojnih kompanija diljem svijeta. Iako je nešto razvijenije na razini naprednih gospodarstava i na primjeru većih kompanija, posebice onih multinacionalnih, sve više postaje koncepcijom ili dijelom poslovanja svih kompanija koje promišljaju dugoročno i na održiv način. Ovo poslovanje danas je izloženo brojnim i dinamičnim trendovima, koji definiraju potrebe aktivnosti kako bi se uspješno implementiralo, a rezultati kvalitetno realizirali. Ovi trendovi održavaju se na razini tržišta, sociološke okoline, upravljačkih praksi i etike u poslovanju. Neki od uspješnijih primjera društveno odgovornih kompanija, koje su predmet istraživanja ovoga rada su Rolex, Lego i Disney. Na razini Hrvatske jedna od uspješnijih kompanija koja posluje na temelju društvene odgovornosti je Heineken Hrvatska.
Abstract (english)
Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming more and more basic business strategy for many companies worldwide. In the past it has been developed at the level of advanced economies and on the example of larger companies, especially multinationals, today it is increasingly becoming the concept or division of business of all companies that are appropriate in the long term and in a sustainable way. Today, this business is exposed to numerous and dynamic trends, which have defined the activities. They help to implement successfully this business concept and to manage efficent results. These trends are maintained at the market level, sociological environment, management practices and business ethics. Some of the successful examples of socially responsible companies that are the subject of research in this work are Rolex, Lego and Disney. At the Croatian level, Heineken Croatia is one of the successful CSR companies.
