Abstract
Clj rada je objašnjavanje uloge i značaja groupware alata u uredskom poslovanju. Raznolikost groupware alata koji se mogu primijeniti u uredskom poslovanju stvorili su nove pogodnosti zaposlenicima, korištenje njih stvara brže i kvalitetnije rezultate. U radu je objašnjen opći pojam i karakteristike groupware alata, zatim su objašnjeni primjeri alata, a posebno su navedeni i objašnjene prednosti i nedostaci groupware alata za unutarnju, te vanjsku komunikaciju u uredskom poslovanju. Primjena groupware alata u praksi objašnjena je na primjeru Hrvatskog Telekoma.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explain the role and importance of groupware tools in office business. The variety of groupware tools that can be applied in office business have created new benefits for employees, their use creates faster and better results. The paper explains the general concept and characteristics of groupware tools, then explains examples of tools, and in particular the advantages and disadvantages of groupware tools for internal and external communication in office operations. The application of groupware tools in practice is explained on the example of Hrvatski Telekom.
