Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira sredstva komunikacije u digitalnom okruženju s naglaskom na njihovu primjenu u poslovnom komuniciranju. U radu se istražuju različiti alati i platforme koje omogućuju komunikaciju u digitalnom okruženju. Posebna pažnja posvećena je analizi funkcionalnosti digitalnih komunikacijskih sredstava, i primjena u poslovnom kontekstu, kao i utjecaj na organizacijsku produktivnost i međuljudske odnose. Rezultati istraživanja putem upitnika ukazuju na ključne faktore koji navode korisnike u korištenju digitalnih komunikacijskih sredstava te ukazuju na prednosti i nedostatke tih alata.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes means of communication in a digital environment with a focus on their application in business communication. The study explores various means and platforms that facilitate communication in a digital context. Special attention is given to the analysis of the functionalities of digital communication tools, their application in a business setting, and their impact on organizational productivity and interpersonal relationships. The results of the questionnaire-based research highlight the key factors influencing users' adoption of digital communication means and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of these means.
