Abstract | Pretilost je danas jedan od ozbiljnih problema, posebice kad je riječ o djeci
predškolske dobi. Debljina je bolest koju uzrokuju brojni čimbenici, genetski,
psihološki, ali i okolišni i to je sve uzrokovano poremećajem masnog tkiva. Najčešće
bolesti koje su uzrokovane debljinom jesu bolesti srca i krvnih žila, kao i povišen krvni
tlak, kožne bolesti i najčešće gljivične ili bakterijske infekcije. Liječenje debljine
veoma je dug proces koji u svom programu mora sadržavati cilj, odnosno
organizaciju svakodnevnih navika, životnog stila, upoznavanje s novim uvjetima
života, navikama i pravilima ponašanja. Vrlo je važna prehrana u djetinjstvu koja
pomaže održavanje normalne težine, daje snagu za svakodnevno funkcioniranje, ali i
potiče prehrambene navike kroz cijeli život. Vrlo je važno da prehrana svakog djeteta
bude uravnotežena, zdrava i bogata svim hranjivim sastojcima. Također, vrlo je bitna
i tjelesna aktivnost koja pomaže u smanjivanju rizika od bolesti srca, dijabetesa,
krvnog tlaka, ali isto tako pomaže u održavanju tjelesne težine, pravilnom rastu i
razvoju i unaprjeđenju zdravlja. Pretilost se stoga mora prepoznati već u najranijoj
dobi kako se isti taj problem ne bi širio i prerastao u fazu koju bi bilo sve teže liječiti. |
Abstract (english) | Obesity is one of the most serious health problems, especially regarding
preschoolers. Fatness is caused by many factors like genetic or psychological ones
as well as environmental one. All of them influence upon fat issue disorder. The most
common diseases caused by fatness are heart and vein diseases as well as high
blood pressure, skin diseases and different fungous and bacterial infections. Obesity
curative treatment is a very long process which must aim to change one's everyday
habits and lifestyle, to adopt new habits and rules. Regular diet during the childhood
is of essential importance, it helps to keep normal weight, it gives strength for
everyday life functioning and stimulate us not to lose healthy eating habits for life. It is
very important for children to have well balanced diet reach in all nutritive
components. it is also important for children to be active physically because this kind
of activity helps to reduce risks of getting some heart diseases, diabetes, high blood
pressure. In the same time it helps keeping normal weight and growth progress. It
improves children's health in general. Obesity must be identified in early years, at
early stage, to be stopped on time; it is difficult to cure it later. |
