Organic agriculture can be defined in many ways. The simplest explanation of organic farming is associated with respect for the values and principles of sustainable development. Given this, it is closely related to the concept of sustainability and as such must be taken. Organic farming means producing agricultural products in accordance with the principles and values of sustainability, where it is extremely important the preservation of natural systems and activation of natural processes. It brings a number of advantages from the standpoint of the economy (the economy), socio-cultural aspects and that environmental.
