Abstract
Osobna prodaja je kreativni oblik promocije u kojem prodavač u neposrednoj komunikaciji s kupcem pozitivno djeluje na raspoloženje kupca, pruža mu informacije o proizvodu, pomaže pri izboru, uvjerava kupca u ispravnost odluke o kupovini, utječe na donošenje odluke o kupovini te ostvaruje prodaju. Prilagođavajući se gospodarskim i tržišnim trendovima osiguravajuća društva sve više, stručnije i organiziranije posvećuje pažnju osiguranicima, istražuju sve čimbenike funkcioniranja tržišta... More osiguranja, političko i ekonomsko okruženje u kojem djeluju, snagu, prednosti i nedostatke konkurencije, a sve to uz sve širu i cjelovitiju primjenu integralnog marketinga kao efikasne poslovne politike za postizavanje kontinuiranog rasta i dobiti osiguravajućih kuća. Tržišno se orijentirajući, osiguravajuća društva koriste poslovnu filozofiju i praksu integralnog marketinga kao učinkovite metode za postizanje optimalnog dobitka kroz zadovoljenje potreba, želja i interesa osiguranika. Personal selling is a creative form of promotion in which a salesman in direct communication with customers has a positive effect on the mood of the customer, providing him information about the product, helps in the selection, assures the customer about the decision to purchase, affects the decision on purchase and sales. Adapting to economic and market trends, insurance companies increasingly, more professional and better organized pays attention to policyholders, investigating all... More factors functioning of the insurance market, political and economic environment in which they operate, strength, advantages and disadvantages of competition, and all this with ever broader and more complete implementation of integrated Marketing as an effective business policy to achieve continuous growth and profitability of insurance companies. The market is orienting, insurance companies use business philosophy and practice of integrated marketing as effective methods to achieve optimal gain the satisfaction of needs, desires and interests of the insured.
