Abstract Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi tematikom društveno odgovornog poslovanja, odnosno motivacijom za isto. Sagledavaju se motivi, kako strateški (vanjski) tako moralni (unutarnji) za društveno odgovorno poslovanje. Analizom dva poduzeća, s aspekta društveno odgovornog poslovanja, dolazi se do shvaćanja važnosti primjene DOP-a kao neophodnog dijela strategije poslovanja danas. Ovaj diplomski rad sastoji se od 5 dijelova. Prvi dio, ujedno i uvodni, sadrži predmet, svrhu i cilj rada, uz strukturu rada. Drugi dio odnosi se na definiranje i razvoj društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Ovaj dio rada govori o važnosti društveno odgovornog poslovanja, načelima, oblicima i odgovornostima DOP-a. Treći dio bavi se motivacijom za primjenu društveno odgovornog poslovanja, a podijeljen je na strateške (vanjske) i moralne (unutarnje) motive. Vanjskim motivatorima smatraju se lokalna zajednica i društvo, odnos s partnerima , dobavljačima i potrošačima, poštivanje ljudskih prava, globalna briga za okoliš, norme i standardi i mediji. Unutarnjim motivatorima smatra se upravljanje ljudskim resursima, zdravlje i sigurnost na poslu, prilagođavanje promjenama i upravljanje utjecajima na okoliš. Profit kao unutarnji motivator ne navodi se u ovom radu jer se profit smatra temeljnim postojanjem poslovanja. Važan je način na koji se ostvaruje upravo taj temeljni razlog poduzeća. Četvrti dio donosi analizu tri primjera iz prakse s aspekta društveno odgovornog poslovanja danas. Atlantic Grupa d.d., VIPnet d.o.o. i Belupo d.d. su poduzeća kroz čije se aktivnosti analizira integracija društveno odgovornog poslovanja u samo poduzeće. Cilj ovog istraživanja je analizirati akcije koje poduzeće može poduzeti kroz prethodno analizirane motivatore, kako bi unaprijedila svoje poslovanje iz svih aspekata. Peti dio, koji je ujedno i zaključak, donosi promišljanje na temu.
Abstract (english) This thesis deals with the topic of corporate social responsibility, and a motivation for the same. We are looking at motives, as strategic (external) both moral (internal) to corporate social responsibility. By analyzing the two companies, in terms of corporate social responsibility, we come to understand the importance of CSR as a necessary part of business strategy today. This thesis consists of five parts. The first part, which is the introductory, contains the subject, purpose and objective of the work, the structure of work. The second part relates to the definition and development of socially responsible business. This section discusses the importance of corporate social responsibility, principles, forms and responsibilities of CSR. The third part deals with the motivation for the implementation of corporate social responsibility, and is divided into strategic (external) and moral (internal) motives. External motivators are considered local community and society, the relationship with partners, suppliers and consumers, respect for human rights, global environmental concerns, norms and standards and the media. Internal motivators is considered a human resource management, health and safety at work, adapting to change and managing environmental impacts. Profit as an internal motivator not given in this paper because the profit is considered the fundamental existence of the business. An important way in which the administration realizes that the basic reason companies. The fourth section analyzes the three practices in terms of corporate social responsibility today. Atlantic Grupa dd, VIPnet doo and Belupo dd the company through the activities of which analyzes the integration of CSR in the company itself. The aim of this study is to analyze the actions that companies can take the previously analyzed motivators, to improve their business from all aspects. The fifth part, which is also the conclusion, brings reflection on the topic.
