Abstract
Temeljna obilježja društveno odgovornog poslovanja uključuju odgovornost, transparentnost i etičko ponašanje. Poduzeća trebaju posebnu pažnju posvetiti odlukama kojima utječu na društvo, ljude i okoliš te njihovim posljedicama. Današnje uvjete poslovanja obilježava snažna konkurencija te je povećana osjetljivost potrošača koja ima sve veći utjecaj na poslovni uspjeh. Poduzeće dm-drogerie markt u svom poslovanju vodi računa o interesima svih dionika, odnosno primjenjuje koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja, što vodi do konkurentske prednosti.
Abstract (english)
The fundamental characteristics of corporate social responsibility include accountability, transparency and ethical behavior. Organizations should primarily take care of their own decisions and of the consequences that affect society, people and the environment. Today's business conditions are characterized by strong competition and increased consumer sensitivity which has an increasing impact on business success. The company dm-drogerie markt In its business, it takes into account the interests of all stakeholders, that is to apply the concept of socially responsible business, leading to competitive advantage.
