Abstract
Bavljenje tjelovježbom od ranog djetinjstva, odnosno predškolske dobi, pozitivno utječe na rast i razvoj djeteta. Od najranijeg djetinjstva potrebno je početi s pravilnim tjelesnim vježbanjem koje će prvenstveno biti usmjereno ka usavršavanju, ali i usvajanju novih motoričkih znanja te vještina. U tom segementu antropološka obilježja zapravo prikazuju svojevrstan temelj za kvalitetnu primjenu trenažnih stimulansa. Cilj je ovog rada opisati antropološka obilježja djece predškoske dobi te njihove razlike koje predstavljaju preduvjete za provođenje tjelesnih aktivnosti.
Abstract (english)
Exercising from early childhood or preschool age has a positive impact on the growth and development of children. It is necessary to start with proper physical exercise from childhoodthat will primarily be directed towards training, but also the adoption of new motor skills. Inthissegment, anthropological characteristics actually represent a kind of foundation for the high quality of training stimulants. The aim of this paper is to descrive the anthropological characteristics of preschool children and their differences for carrying out physical activities.
