Abstract
Društveno poduzetništvo definira se kao dio šireg ekonomskog sustava koji uključuje subjekte primarno usmjerene na ispunjavanje društvenih ciljeva te ih karakterizira sustav neposrednog sudjelovanja i upravljanja. Iako se o društvenom poduzetništvu počelo pričati unazad nekoliko desetljeća, praksa društvenog poduzetništva može se prepoznati kroz povijest u različitim oblicima djelovanja, kao preteča onoga što danas razumijemo pod tim terminom, korištenje tržišnih mehanizama za postizanje društvenih ciljeva. Oduvijek su organizacije i pojedinci pokušavali pronaći odgovarajuća rješenja za socijalne i ekonomske probleme u lokalnim zajednicama i društvu Svrha rada je napraviti pregled stanja društvenog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj te potencijalni utjecaja na gospodarstvo Hrvatske. Analizom dostupnih podataka ustanovljeno je razvijanje i jačanje durštvenog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj, no za sada isto nema veći utjecaj na gospodarstvo Repbulike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
Social entrepreneurship is defined as part of a broader economic system that includes entities primarily focused on meeting social goals and is characterized by a system of direct participation and governance. Although social entrepreneurship has been talked about for several decades, the practice of social entrepreneurship can be recognized throughout history in various forms of action, as a precursor of what we today understand by this term, the use of market mechanisms to achieve social goals. Organizations and individuals have always sought to find appropriate solutions to social and economic problems in local communities and society The purpose of this work is to review the state of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia and the potential impact on the Croatian economy. The analysis of available data has revealed the development and strengthening of local entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia, but so far it has no major impact on the economy of the Republic of Croatia.
