Abstract
Tema rada je pobliže objasniti sve principe rada pokretnih komunikacijskih mreža pete generacije odnosno 5G mobilnih mreža, kao i njen utjecaj na društvo. Kroz povijesni pregled prijašnjih generacija mobilnih mreža, te kroz tehnološke karakteristike same 5G mreže I usluga koje pruža prikazan je značaj ulaganja u ovu vrstu tehnologije. Također, sagledana je i strategija Republike Hrvatske prema uvođenju 5G mreža kao I eventualni rizici po sigurnost I zdravlje stanovništva zbog uvođenja 5G mreža
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper was to thoroughly explain all the principles of operation in 5G mobile networks as well as its impact on society. Through historical overview of previous generations of mobile networks and through technological characteristics of 5G network and services it provides - the importance of investing in this type of technology is shown. Also, the strategy of the Republic of Croatia towards the introduction of 5G networks was also considered in this paper, as well as possible risks to safety and health of people due to introduction of 5G networks.
