Volleyball is a team sport, two teams of six players compete against each other. The development of volleyball has a long history and a great connection with tourism, due to the growing development of sports - recreational form of tourism, and due to its attractiveness, and is intended for all genders and ages. It is one of the more popular team sports. Special forms of tourism are increasingly appearing in tourism and the interests of tourists are changing. Travel and sports have become accessible to a large number of people, and also sports and travel are one of the central aspects of people's way of life. Sports events are quite common in Croatia, but there are not so many volleyball events, some of the most famous are Swatch Beach Volleyball Major Series and Split open. The most common events in volleyball are for a type of volleyball called beach volleyball, most events are held as part of beach volleyball, and beach volleyball itself has been introduced into the program of the Olympic Games.
