With the appearance of the coronavirus and the proclamation of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes took place in the entire educational system in the Republic of Croatia. Primary school teachers, like all other teachers and professors, are encountering a new way of working, working from home. Considering that until the appearance of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, Croatian education was not familiar with online teaching, ie working from home, the Ministry in cooperation with agencies and HRT prepares documents, video lectures and instructions for easier adjustment in teaching and monitoring. Every work, including work from home, has its advantages and disadvantages. Speaking of work from home teachers look at the pros and cons somewhat different from standard frameworks. By declaring a pandemic, primary school teachers move to work from home and hold their classes through platforms and tools. The paper examines teachers' satisfaction with work from home as well as the success of adaptation to it. The analysis of the questionnaire leads to the conclusion that it presents advantages and disadvantages to primary school teachers and answers the question whether Pula teachers want to continue working from home in the near future or want to return to the traditional way of teaching.
