Negli ultimi venti anni come altri paesi del mondo, cosi' anche in Croazia i genitori e non solo stano sentendo il bisogno di cambiare l'approccio degli asili verso i bambini. Questo bisogno lo si può sentire la maggior parte negli ultimi tre anni, dall'inizio della pandemia che ha cambiato il modo di guardare il mondo. Dopo tutte le restrizioni, dalle mascherine e dall’inizio del macinamento tante persone si sono opposte a questo. Così come le persone si oppongono ai fatti che collegano la pandemia, così abbiamo genitori, educatori e pedagoghi che si oppongono all'insegnamento tradizionale al quale abbiamo partecipato la maggior parte di noi. Queste persone hanno sentito il bisogno di cambiare l'educazione che viene data ai propri bambini. Al centro di tutte le pedagogie c’è l'immagine del bambino e questa è una cosa che tutte le pedagogie hanno in comune. Negli asili alternativi però abbiamo la libertà del bambino per poter esplorare da solo così per poter diventare una persona indipendente e responsabile. Nella pedagogia Waldorf è importante sviluppare l'immaginazione del bambino però no con i giochi industriali però con quelli fatti da materiali naturali. Non tutti sono favorevoli a questo approccio di insegnamento, e non solo questo, ma anche agli altri approcci: Montessori, Reggio o delle sorelle Agazzi. Sempre ci saranno persone favorevoli o meno a qualunque cosa, così come nell'educazione. Per questo noi genitori, educatori, familiari, ecc. Abbiamo la possibilità di scegliere. Allora scegliamo quello che noi ci attrae e non quello che gli altri ci dicono.

Waldorf pedagogy is an alternative pedagogy based on anthroposophy, a philosophical doctrine promoted by Rudolf Steiner. Thanks to Emil Molt and others, this pedagogy has managed to expand in such a short time. Soon, this pedagogy was born from the idea with many people who began to take an interest in it. In this final thesis, in addition to anthroposophy, I talked about the first Waldorf school and how, from 1919 until now, this pedagogy has spread, as in the world so also in Croatia. Social, moral, artistic and spiritual development are very important in this pedagogy. These developments are followed in specific phases. In the first seven years the child is guided by the educator. This period is very important for children, but also for educators, who must be well prepared, because children in this period imitate everything they see. The goal of pedagogy is to find the potential in every child. In this pedagogy we distinguish seven fundamental principles: self-learning of educators, allencompassing learning, knowledge of the characteristics of seven year stages, knowledge of temperaments, respect for human origins, education of what the child carries within him and putting the senses to work. Very important is the annual and daily rhythm which is also the cornerstone of Waldorf pedagogy. There is no curriculum or program, the activities that take place are dated by the seasons. In all pedagogies, both traditional and alternative, there will be people for and against them. But each person, parent is free to choose which pedagogy according to them is appropriate for their child. In the end we are the ones who choose and in part we are responsible for the future of our children.
