Abstract
U radu su opisane vrste inox materijala koji se pomoću TIG metode zavaruju u gotove proizvode. U eksperimentalnom dijelu prikazan je postupak dobivanja gotovog proizvoda pekarske friteze koja je izrađena od austenitnih i feritnih nehrđajućih čelika uz pomoć TIG metode zavarivanja. Cijeli postupak izrade pekarske friteze kreće od izrade nacrta u programu SOLIDWORKS. Nakon što je izrađen nacrt materijali za izradu idu u pogon gdje se uz pomoć alata za rezanje režu na određene elemente, nakon toga putuju do savijanja gdje se elementi savijaju za određeni kut, te na samom kraju se zavaruju i dobiva se gotov proizvod. Nakon što je proizvod gotov izvršavaju se razna ispitivanja kako bi proizvod bio ispravan za rad.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the types of stainless steel materials that are welded into finished products using the TIG method. In the experimental part, the process of obtaining the finished product of the bakery fryer, which is made of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels with the help of the TIG welding method, is presented. The entire process of making a bakery fryer starts with the creation of a drawing in the SOLIDWORKS program. After the design is made, the materials for production go to the plant where they are cut into certain elements with the help of cutting tools, after that they travel to the bending where the elements are bent to a certain angle, and at the very end they are welded and the finished product is obtained. After the product is finished, various tests are carried out to ensure that the product is functional.
