The goal of this paper is to demonstrate the process of the early intervention that represented the individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy on the example of an autistic boy at the beginning of his third year. The goals for this psychoanalytic psychotherapy refer on the (1) developing the abilities for establishing and maintaining the affective contact with his therapist as a primary experience that will allow to set up an affective contact with other people, (2) with developing a positive affective relationship towards his therapist that will obtain positive changes towards the objects and activities (emersion of the transitional object), and (3) developing a receptive aspect of the speech. Those changes with the autistic boy during the therapy activities have been presented through setting up a therapy relationship, and meaning of those changes on the (a) positive changes in his relationship with his parents and his sister, as well as his (b) relationship towards other children in his kindergarten. Depiction of the early intervention as a psychoanalytic psychotherapy contains an overview of the child’s early development, and his condition at the beginning of the therapy activities as well as his qualitative analysis from the therapist’s overview about the progress of his psychotherapy process, and his mother’s observational overviews in the form of a journal she kept maintaining.
