Abstract
Na novoizgrađenom objektu, odnosno, zgradi suvremenog vrtića „Radost“, Labinska bb u Umagu, provedeno je terensko mjerenje buke i zvučne izolacije u radnom i životnom okolišu te su dobiveni rezultati nakon analize i obrade istih uspoređeni s referentnim vrijednostima naznačenim prema Zakonu o zaštiti od buke NN br.30/09, Pravilniku o zaštiti radnika od izloženosti buci na radu NN br. 46/08 te Pravilniku o najvišim dopuštenim razinama buke u sredini u kojoj ljudi rade i borave NN br.145/04. S obzirom na navedeno, zbog uočenih odstupanja, naznačene su i mjere zaštite od buke. U radu su objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi koji se odnose na akustičke parametre s ciljem razumijevanja uslijed njihova opisa, mjerenja i samog utvrđivanja istih te su opisane posljedice samoga prekomjernoga izlaganja razinama buke iznad dopuštenih granica kao i prevencija, odnosno, mjere pomoću kojih se može provesti zaštita od iste.
Abstract (english)
In the building of the contemporary nursery „Radost“, a newly built object, address Labinske Republike 2 in Umag, measurement of noise and sound isolation in the working and living environment was conducted. Obtained results were compared with referent values specified by the Law of security of the noise NN br.30/09, and the rule book about the security of the employee by the explosion to the noise on the work NN br.46/08 and the rule book about the maximal tolerant levels of the noise in the environment where people work and stay NN br.145/04. The results showed some digression from required noise levels specified by the law and therefore guidelines for improvement are given in this investigation. Basic concepts related to acoustic parameters with the purpose of understanding their descriptions, measurements and their identification and the consequences of excessive exposure to noise levels above permitted limits as well as prevention are given in this paper.
