Abstract
Zadatak rada bio je istražiti čeličnu leguru AISI 4140, utvrditi kemijska svojstva i postupak ispitivanja metalografije i mikrostrukture, te protumačiti materijalna i mehanička svojstva odabranog materijala. Dalje projektiran je proizvod u softverskom programu Fusion 360 iz tehnologije oblikovanja metala tankostijenog lima. Ocijenjena je mogućnost simulacije oblikovanja odabranog materijala pri izradi zadanog predmeta.
Abstract (english)
The task of the work was to investigate the steel alloy AISI 4140, to determine the chemical properties and test procedure of metallography and microstructure, and to interpret the material and mechanical properties of the selected material. A product in the Fusion 360 software program from thin-sheet metal forming technology was further designed. The possibility of simulating the design of the selected material during the production of a given object was evaluated.
