Abstract
Štetnosti u radnom okolišu mogu biti kemijske, biološke i fizikalne, od kojih će u nastavku rada detaljnije biti razrađene fizikalne štetnosti, odnosno buka, rasvjeta te mikroklima. Radni okoliš ispitan je u tvrtki Elberg Nova d.o.o. kako bi se utvrdile eventualne opasnosti u radnom okolišu u proizvodnom procesu. Rezultati ispitivanja uspoređeni su sa zakonskom regulativom, te je analizom istih utvrđeno da je radni okoliš u tvrtki Elberg Nova d.o.o. u skladu sa zakonskom regulativom, no, s prostorom za napredak.
Abstract (english)
Harms in the working environment can be chemical, biological, and physical, of which physical harms, namely noise, lighting, and microclimate, will be elaborated on in more detail in the continuation of the work. The working environment was examined in the company Elberg Nova d.o.o. to determine potential hazards in the working environment in the production process. The test results were compared with the legal regulations, and the analysis of them determined that the working environment in the company Elberg Nova d.o.o. is following legal regulations, but with room for improvement.
