Abstract
U radu je prikazano istraživanje korozije u elektroenergetskom postrojenju. Teorijskim je dijelom definirana korozija, njezino istraživanje kroz povijest i uvjeti u kojima nastaje, kategorizacija korozije i metode zaštite od korozije, te elektroenergetska postrojenja. Kategorizacijom se korozija u ovome radu dijeli prema tri čimbenika: mehanizmu djelovanja, obliku korozijskog napada i specifičnosti nastanka. Objašnjena su elektroenergetska postrojenja s naglaskom na termoelektrane. Prikazani su rezultati istraživanja korozijskog podrijetla na cijevi. Provedena su istraživanja kemijskog sastava, mikroskopska istraživanja, ispitivanja tvrdoće i FT-IR analiza korodirane cijevi iz TE Plomin.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the investigation of corrosion in a power plant. The theoretical part defines corrosion, its research through history and the conditions in which it occurs, categorization of corrosion and corrosion protection methods, and power plants. In this work, corrosion is categorized according to three factors: mechanism of action, a form of corrosion attack, and specificity of occurrence. Power plants are explained with an emphasis on thermal power plants. The results of the investigation of the corrosion origin on the pipe are presented. Investigations of the chemical composition, microscopic investigations, hardness tests, and FT-IR analysis of the corroded pipe from the Plomin TPP were carried out.
